EMERGENCY CONTRACTOR LIST

The following list of approved contractors is provided for your convenience and safety in the event you have an emergency at a time our office is closed.

FOR THIS PURPOSE, AN EMERGENCY SHALL EXIST WHEN THE HEALTH OR SAFETY OF THE TENANT IS THREATENED AND/OR DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY WILL RESULT IF IMMEDIATE ACTION IS NOT TAKEN.

During regular business hours please call the office at 249-2739. After business hours and on weekends call the appropriate emergency contractor listed below. Give the contractor your address and phone number and explain your problem and that you are renting from Colorado West Property Management - please use these emergency numbers only for an emergency during non-business hours, for other problems, call the office during regular business hours.

For all emergencies, except plugged drains or a problem with your heater, call Dean Flora at 209-1997 (cell)


HEATING SYSTEM EMERGENCY:

ELECTRICAL EMERGENCY: (If there is a danger of fire or if the entire electrical system is out.)

PLUMBING EMERGENCY: (i.e.. a burst pipe or sprinkler system you can't shut off.)

WATER CLEANUP: (Standing water or water soaked carpet resulting from a burst pipe or roof leak. Call only after the source of the water has been stopped.)

ROOF LEAKS: (Roof leaks do not usually constitute an emergency, unless there is a danger of the ceiling collapsing.)

Normally you should plan to call our office the next business day if you have a roof leak.
REFRIGERATOR FAILURE: (Mechanical) - Only if the refrigerator is provided by the Landlord.

(Please note: Appliance repair companies can only be contacted during normal business hours during the week.)

DRAIN CLEANING: Your rental agreement states that you are responsible for all drain cleaning. Our policy is that if a drain problem is the result of something beyond your control (i.e. Roots), the owner will pay the cost to clear the drains. We suggest that you contact Silver Streak at 252-1075 if your drains need emergency cleaning during non-business hours.
