Colorado West Property Management and it's employees and agents collect non-public personal information about owners and tenants from the following sources:

1. Information received on contracts, general information forms, applications and
other sources.
2. Information about applicants/tenants from credit reporting agencies, previous
landlords and other references.
3. Information about transactions with us.

We do not disclose any non-public personal information about our owners, former owners or tenants or former tenants to anyone except as permitted by law.

We restrict access to non-public personal information about owners, or former owners and tenants, or former tenants to those members of our firm who need to know that information to provide necessary services. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your non-public personal information
