• Kitchen facilities - tenant must provide own dishes, silverware and cups/glasses
• The meeting area is approximately 1160 square feet
• 11 tables and 50 chairs are provided
• Two restrooms
• Maximum occupancy is 120 persons
• The Hall is smoke free

Rent: $150.00 per day
Deposit: $250.00 for Weddings and Baptisms 
               $200.00 for regular events
     - fully refundable if property is left in acceptable condition.

The Deposit is required in cash or credit card (VISA or MasterCard) to hold the property for the date of your event. The rent must be paid before keys are released.

No alcoholic beverages may be consumed on the premises - deposit will be forfeited.

Rental period is from 12:00 noon to 9:00 A.M. the next day. Hall must be left clean by 9:00 A.M. to allow for inspection between rentals. All cleaning expensed will be deducted from the Deposit. In the winter the heat must be turned down when the rental period is over - failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
