Residential Rental Application

Please note that we need an application for each adult who will live at the property. Also, you have paid the background check fee of $35 per adult and pay the deposit on the property you are interested in to complete the application. You can pay this at our office or call us to pay over the phone. We also do not hold any properties until the full property deposit has been paid. You will receive a refund of the property deposit if your application is declined.

* Please note that we will keep this application on file for a few weeks, please check back often for available properties and call the office to schedule showings of the ones that fit your needs.

I agree that myself and all persons living with me (including minor children) are NOT invloved in any criminal activity at this time.

I acknowledge that myself and all persons living with me (including minor children) are NOT under an arrest warrant.

I acknowlege that this is a NON-smoking property and that smoking in or around the vacinity of the property can cause damage which I will be financially responsible for.

I agree by signing below and paying the application fee at the Colorado West Property Management office that CWPM may do a background and credit check on me. I also agree that CWPM may contact my references and employers listed here to obtain formation about my employment and rental history.
